Adatkezelési elveink
Szolgáltatásunk nyújtása érdekében a weboldalon személyes adatok megadására, és felénk történő továbbításra van lehetőség. Az űrlapokon csak a feltétlenül szükséges adatokat kérjük, melyeket bizalmasan kezelünk. Amennyiben Ön hozzájárul az adatai kezeléséhez, mi az Ön által választott szolgáltatás teljesítéséhez használjuk fel azokat, az adatok tartalmát csak az arra illetékes alkalmazott(ak) ismerhetik meg, harmadik személynek nem adjuk ki az Ön hozzájárulása nélkül.

A weboldal a Google Inc. („Google”) Google Analytics rendszerét használja a látogatottságának elemzésére. A Google Analytics rendszere ún. „cookie-kat” – egyszerű, rövid, kis méretű szöveges fájlokat – tárol el az Ön informatikai
eszközén és ezek segítségével elemzi a weboldalunk látogatottságát, segítve ezzel a weboldalunk fejlesztését a felhasználói élmény fokozása érdekében.
A „cookie-ban” rögzített, weboldal látogatottságára vonatkozó adatok (a látogatás időpontjával és az Ön anonimizált IP címével együtt) a Google USA szervereire kerülnek átvitelre és letárolásra. A Google arra használja ezeket az
adatokat, hogy az Ön honlap-látogatási szokásait kiértékelje, jelentéseket állítson össze ezekről a Bex Home Kft. számára, valamint arra, hogy egyéb, a weboldallal és az internet használatával kapcsolatos szolgáltatásokat nyújtson.
Azok a felhasználók, akik nem szeretnék, hogy a Google Analytics jelentést készítsen a látogatásukról, telepíthetik a Google Analytics letiltó böngészőbővítményt. Ez a kiegészítő arra utasítja a Google Analytics JavaScript-szkriptjeit
(ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js), hogy ne küldjenek látogatási információt a Google számára. Emellett azok a felhasználók, akik telepítették a letiltó böngészőbővítményt, a tartalmi kísérletekben sem vesznek részt.
Ha le szeretné tiltani az Analytics webes tevékenységét, keresse fel a Google Analytics letiltó oldalát (
http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), és telepítse a bővítményt böngészőjéhez. A bővítmény telepítéséről és eltávolításáról további tájékoztatásért tekintse meg az adott böngészőhöz tartozó súgót.
A felhasználói és eseményadatokat a Google 14 hónapig őrzi meg.
3.1 Sütik kezelése Az süti beállításokat a weboldalon a bal alsó sarokban lehet megtalálni, a sütik be illetve kikapcsolása bármikor módosítható.
3.2 Livechat: Oldalunk a Livechat.com szolgáltatásait használja, a látogatás során a látogató IP címe, a látogatás időtartama és a meglátogatott oldalak megnevezése a livechat.com szerverein kerül tárolásra.

4. A rendelkezésünkre bocsátott személyes adatok:
Bizonyos online szolgáltatásaink igénybevételéhez személyes adatai megadására van szükség. Ezeket az adatokat szigorúan bizalmasan kezeljük. Az egyedi elérésre alkalmas adatokat (például e-mail cím) kizárólag az Ön által jóváhagyott
célra vesszük igénybe, a törvényben előírt kivételektől eltekintve, harmadik személynek nem adjuk át.

5.2. Hozzáféréshez való jog.
Ön kérhet tőlünk tájékoztatást azzal kapcsolatban, hogy történik-e Önre vonatkozó adatkezelés, és ha igen, akkor mely adatait kezeljük. Ehhez pontos beazonosítás szükséges, így biztosíthatjuk azt, hogy az Ön adatait nem adjuk ki
harmadik félnek a hozzáféréshez való jogra hivatkozva.
5.3. Adatok helyesbítésének kérése.
Ön jelezheti, hogy az általunk kezelt adatok pontatlanok, valamint kérheti az adatok javítását.
5.4. Törléshez való jog.
Ön bármikor kérheti az adatai törlését a rendszerünkből, amennyiben annak nincs észszerű, vagy jogi akadálya. (Például nem tudjuk törölni az Ön adatait a számla fejlécéről, mivel törvényi előírás a számla megőrzése).
5.5. Az adatkezelés korlátozásához való jog.
Ön bármikor kérheti az adatai kezelésének korlátozását. (Ez esetben az adatait nem töröljük, de semmilyen célból nem is használjuk fel).
5.6. Adathordozhatósághoz való jog.
Ön kérheti, hogy az Önre vonatkozóan kezelt adatokat, széles körben használt, géppel olvasható formátumban (.doc, .pdf fájl) megkapja a célból, hogy egy másik adatkezelőnek tudja továbbítani.
5.7. Tiltakozáshoz való jog.
Ön bármikor jogosult arra, hogy tiltakozzon a személyes adati kezelése ellen (például amennyiben nem adott engedélyt személyes adatai kezelésére).

A Felhasználó jogainak megsértése esetén bírósághoz fordulhat. A per elbírálása a törvényszék hatáskörébe tartozik. A per – az érintett választása szerint – az érintett lakóhelye vagy tartózkodási helye szerinti törvényszék előtt
is megindítható.

Miért kell hozzájárulnom a személyes adataim kezeléséhez?
A GDPR előírásai miatt cégünk csak akkor kezelheti az Ön adatait, ha Ön ehhez proaktívan (az űrlapon található checkbox bepipálásával) hozzájárul. Az Ön személyes adatai nélkül nem tudunk szolgáltatást nyújtani az Ön részére.
Mi az a GDPR?
A 2018. május 25-től bevezetett szigorúbb adatvédelmi szabályok révén az állampolgároknak fokozottabb felügyeletük lesz saját adataik fölött, a vállalkozások pedig egységes versenyfeltételekben részesülnek. Egyetlen szabályrendszer
az Unióban tevékenykedő valamennyi vállalat számára, székhelytől függetlenül.
Mihez adok pontosan hozzájárulást?

Hogyan kezelik a személyes adataim?
Cégünk CRM rendszerben rögzíti az Ön adatait. A CRM rendszerhez csak az illetékes alkalmazottaknak van hozzáférése a feltétlenül szükséges mértékben. Például, ha Ön egy konyha hátfal felmérését kéri tőlünk, akkor a felmérést végző
személy megkapja az Ön elérhetőségét (Név, cím, telefonszám). Harmadik személynek, tehát Önön és Bex Home Kft-n kívül más személynek/cégnek, nincs hozzáférése az Ön adataihoz, azokat nem adjuk ki.
Ki láthatja a személyes adataim?
A személyes adatokat a cég megfelelő alkalmazottai láthatják (értékesítő, grafikus, felmérést/beszerelést végző személyzet).
Mikor adják ki harmadik személynek az adataimat?
A törvény által előírt eseteken kívül nem adjuk ki harmadik személynek az adatait az Ön hozzájárulása nélkül. Előfordulhat olyan eset, amikor harmadik személy bevonása szükséges (Olyan egyedi igények kielégítése esetén, mint például
villanyszerelés, asztalos, vagy egyéb szakember bevonása, stb.), ez esetben az Ön hozzájárulását kérjük.

Hogyan iratkozhatok le az e-mail küldésről?
Az általunk küldött e-mail alján található „leiratkozás” gomb segítségével.
Megrendelő vagyok, rám is ugyanazok a feltételek vonatkoznak?
Természetesen a GDPR rendelkezései mindenkire ugyanúgy érvényesek. Amennyiben Ön megrendelőnk, ugyanúgy a szükséges mértékben használjuk fel a személyes adatait. A gyakorlatban ez azt jelenti, hogy e-mailben illetve telefonon folytatott
